We decided to explore the local area including Beach Walk to find somewhere to eat lunch. After stopping to look at some menus we though we might go to the International Market. On the way we got distracted though we we came across Jimmy Buffet's Restaurant and Bar. We had no choice but to go in. Many years ago when we were travelling around the USA for a few months we were introduced to Jimmy Buffet and his music. Our tour driver converted us to Parrot Heads - the name for Jimmy's fans. While the famous Cheeseburger in Paradise was on the menu we tried the fish and chips instead. According to our waiter Ricky Bobby, yes Ricky Bobby no one had ever finished the fish and chips before, clearly he hadn't met a couple of hungry Aussies.
After lunch we went back to the hotel to relax for a while. This included reading books, watching TC and going for a swim in the pool and spa. We are really looking forward to this relaxation and unwinding phase of the holiday. Late mornings, lots of swimming. Yay!!!!!
